Bacon Wrapped Dates

Ingredients:
  • ONE MILE RANCH Bacon
  • Whole almonds
  • Pitted dates
  • Softened cream cheese

Directions:

  • Do NOT preheat the oven. These go into a cold oven and then turn it on!
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Cut the dates in half and fill each side with cream cheese (it can be overflowing)
  • Insert almond into one side and place the other half of the date back in place.
  • Wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to hold in place. (This will usually use a half a piece of bacon for each.)
  • Place each bacon wrapped date on the aluminum foil. When the pan is full, place in the COLD oven and turn the oven on to 450°. Cook for about 15 minutes. Watch carefully to not over cook but should be nicely cooked bacon when finished with a gooey delicious perfect combo of flavors on the inside!
