- 8 to 10 yellow potatoes
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted -1.5tsp salt
- 3tsp smoked paprika -1.5tsp garlic powder
- 1.5tsp course black pepper -2 tsp vegetable spice
Dipping sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp of chili powder (or to desired taste)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Cut potatoes in 6-8 wedges each and place in large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter on top and mix to coat the potatoes.
- In a small bowl combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and vegetable spice and mix well.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over potato wedges until evenly covered.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place coated potato wedges evenly on pan.
- Cook in preheated oven for 30-40 min (flipping half way) until golden and crispy.
- Mix 3 sauce ingredients and serve with hot potato wedges.
