- Baguette
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp vegetable spice
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- Turn oven onto broil (high). Slice baguette and brush the bread slices with butter and place on large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Toast bread until golden, 4-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss together diced tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, garlic powder, vegetable spice, and balsamic glaze in a bowl.
- Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted bread slices, drizzle with more balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
