Ingredients:
- 1 ONE MILE RANCH ROAST
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- Montreal Steak Spice
- Original Diana Sauce
- Bulls-eye BBQ sauce
- Fresh Buns
Directions:
- Place FROZEN roast in slow cooker, pour about 1/4cup Diana sauce on the top and sprinkle with Montreal steak spice and liquid smoke.
- Cook on low for approx 8 hrs.
- Take roast out and slice or tear apart and place back in the slow cooker with all the juices!
- Add a generous amount of both the Diana sauce and bullseye
- so there is a nice saucy consistency.
- Sprinkle with more Montreal Steak spice depending on
- preference.
- Cook for an additional 2 hrs on low or 1 hr on high.
- Serve on fresh buns.
