Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs of ONE MILE RANCH STEW MEAT
- 1.5 lbs baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp vegetable spice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp butter
Directions:
- In a small bowl add the onion powder, garlic powder, vegetable spice and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Next in a mixing bowl add the baby potatoes, coat with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and then sprinkle with HALF of the spice mixture. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Add the potatoes to one side of a slow cooker.
- In the same mixing bowl now add the stew meat, coat with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and then sprinkle with the second HALF of the spice mixture. Also stirring well to coat the stew meat evenly and place on the other side of the slow cooker.
- We don't want them to mix right now!
- Place the 5 Tbsp of butter in chunks over the top.
- Sprinkle the top with the minced garlic.
- Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on low until beef is tender 7-8 hours.
