- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tbsp salted butter (melted)
- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pack of ONE MILE RANCH MAPLE BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs with a whisk. Stir in the milk, melted butter and salt.
- Add flour slowly, whisking the whole time, but be careful to not OVER mix.
- Put about 2 tbsp of additional butter in a cast iron skillet and place in preheated oven to heat up. Once the butter is bubbling and the skillet is hot pour the batter in (can also use any baking dish).
- Return to oven and bake for 12-18 min (golden brown)
- Serve with our Maple Breakfast Sausage and ENJOY!
