Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs One Mile Ranch ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable spice
- 1/2 cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl combine the first 7 ingredients, ground beef, eggs, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and vegetable spice. Mix until just combined.
- In a medium bowl combine the next 4 ingredients, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, and onion. Don't overmix.
- Add the breadcrumb mixture to the ground beef mixture and be careful not to overwork ingredients.
- From the desired size of meatballs, this recipe should make roughly 30 meatballs.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 18 min. (Can flip halfway through)
- Serve on a bed of rice with cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and dill and topped with tzatziki sauce for a delicious Greek dish!
