- 1 ONE MILE RANCH PORK TENDERLOIN (cube into about 1 inch pieces)
- Pita wraps
- Tomatoes
- Red onion
- Sour cream
Marinade Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
Directions:
- Cut pork tenderloin into cubed pieces (about 1 inch in size)
- Mix lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme together in a bowl.
- Place cubed tenderloin in zip lock bag and pour marinade contents in. Let marinade for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 1/2 an hour before using.
- When skewers are ready add 4-5 pork tenderloin cubes to each skewer.
- Fry or BBQ skewers for approx. 2 min per 4 sides.
- Make homemade pita wraps or use your favourite store bought ones and fry in oil.
- When pitas are ready and pork is cooked, arrange the pita wrap with the pork skewer and top with sour cream, tomatoes, and red onion! ENJOY!
