Ingredients:
- 1 (.42kg) package of ONE MILE RANCH STEW MEAT
- 3 Bell peppers
- 1 Sweet onion
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Bernie's Turbo Spice
Directions:
- Combine together all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well.
- Cut the stew meat chunks into nice, even bite size pieces if needed, then add to the marinade mixture.
- Cover bowl and put in fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Place skewers in water and let soak for about 20 min.
- Cut the sweet onion and bell peppers into 1.5" bite size chunks. (same size chunks as the meat to help evenly cook)
- Then begin threading the beef, peppers and onion onto each skewer. I use 2-3 pieces of vegetables between each piece of beef. Thread loosely - don't squish together tightly (helps even cooking).
- Brush kababs lightly with reserved marinade (including vegetables), then drizzle with olive oil.
- Heat BBQ over high heat. Cook kebabs in batches for 2 minutes on each side until slightly charred (4 sides = 8 minutes in total), basting with Reserved Marinade as you go if desired.
ENJOY!
