- 2.5kg ONE MILE RANCH SHORT RIBS
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can Coca cola classic
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions:
- Pat the short ribs dry with a paper towel, and drizzle honey all over getting a nice coating on each side of the short ribs.
- Next combine the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl mixing well. Sprinkle all over the short ribs covering each side and rubbing in to the meat.
- Add prepared short ribs to a dutch oven style cooking dish. Let sit overnight if possible for the best results but also works fine to do the next steps immediately.
- Pour a can of Coca-Cola as well as the beef broth in the bottom of the cooking dish. Preheat oven to 325°
- Cook for 3.5-4 hours for super tender results. When finished, remove from the oven and place the short ribs on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Spread your favourite bbq sauce on top and then broil for 2-3 min until bubbly. ENJOY!
