Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs One Mile Ranch Ground Pork
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion. finely chopped
- 1 cup BB sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Mix until just combined
- In a medium bowl combine the next 4 ingredients. Don’t overmix
- Add the milk/breadcrumb mixture being careful not to overwork the ingredients.
- Form desired-size meatballs, grease hands before starting to keep meat from sticking, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Placed in a pre-heat oven and roast for 20 minutes (until meatballs are crisp on the outside)
- In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce and honey.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked meatballs. Return to the oven and cook for another 15-20 minutes (or until cooked through, 165° on a meat thermometer
- Serve with rice.
