- 2 ONE MILE RANCH PORK TENDERLOINS
- Cooking oil
- Marinade
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat over to 400°
- Place tenderloins in backing dish.
- Combine all ingredients for the marinade and spoon some onto the tenderloins and toss to get well coated. (marinate for 2 hours if possible)
- In a skillet, heat cookin oil and sear all sides of meat.
- Pour remaining marinade over meat and cook for 30 min. Flipping half way through. (thickest part at 145° on meat thermometer)
- Take tenderloins out of the oven and let sit for 5 min. 6. Slice and serve with the sauce.
