Maple Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 ONE MILE RANCH PORK TENDERLOINS
  • Cooking oil
  • Marinade
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Place tenderloins in baking dish.
  • Combine all ingredients for the marinade and spoon some onto the tenderloins and toss to get well coated. (marinate for 2 hours if possible)
  • In a skillet, heat cooking oil and sear all sides of meat.
  • Pour remaining marinade over the meat and cook for 30 min. Flipping half way through. (thickest part at 145° on meat thermometer)
  • Take tenderloins out of the oven and let sit for 5 min.
  •  Slice and serve with the sauce.
