- 2.2kg ONE MILE RANCH OLD FASHIONED HAM
- 1 cup water
Glaze:
- 1.5 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1tsp rosemary
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250°F
- Wrap ham in tinfoil and place in roaster pan.
- Pour water in the bottom of the pan around the wrapped ham and cover with lid. Cook for 5 hours.
- While ham is cooking make glaze: Add all glaze ingredients to a small saucepan, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Continue to cook for 3-5 min whisking often.
- For the last hour of the ham cooking, remove rind and baste with glaze every 15 min and broil at the end to get that delicious caramelized outside!
