Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs One Mile Ranch Ground Beef
- 6 tbps taco spice
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 10 small tortilla wraps
- grated cheese
- avocadoes
- sour cream
- salsa
- cilantro
Directions:
- Prepare meat by placing ground beef in a mixing bowl. Add taco spices and red onion. Mix well.
- Portion the beef into about a gold-ball size depending on your tortillas. (approx 10)
- Heat pan/griddle over medium-high heat.
- Place the beef on the hot pan/griddle and place a tortilla on top of each beef portion. Press down to flatten the beef into the shape and size of the tortilla.
- Cook each tortilla for about 2-3 min per side then remove and top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
