Taco Pasta

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 lb One Mile Ranch Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup medium salsa
  • 2 cups shredded marble cheese
  • 2 cups dry pasta shells

Directions:

  1. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven-style pot.
  2. Once the ground beef is cooked through out . Melt butter in the same pot and add the garlic. Cook 1 minute
  3. Add the taco seasoning and all other ingredients except the cheese and pasta. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a gentle boil. Add the pasta shells and submerge them in the liquid. Cover and cook for approximately 12 minutes.
  5. Stir and scrape the bottom of the pot halfway through to lift any ingredients that may have settled.
  6. When pasta is fully cooked turn to low and gradually add the shredded cheese until melted.
  7. Serve with sour cream
