Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb One Mile Ranch Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup medium salsa
- 2 cups shredded marble cheese
- 2 cups dry pasta shells
Directions:
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven-style pot.
- Once the ground beef is cooked through out . Melt butter in the same pot and add the garlic. Cook 1 minute
- Add the taco seasoning and all other ingredients except the cheese and pasta. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a gentle boil. Add the pasta shells and submerge them in the liquid. Cover and cook for approximately 12 minutes.
- Stir and scrape the bottom of the pot halfway through to lift any ingredients that may have settled.
- When pasta is fully cooked turn to low and gradually add the shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve with sour cream
