Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb Onemile Ranch Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- I cup beef broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup medium salsa
- 2 cups shredded marble cheese
- 2 cups dry pasta shells
Direction:
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven-style pot.
- Add the butter in the same pot with the ground beef and melt, then add the garlic and Cook for one minute
- Add the taco seasoning then all other ingredients EXCEPT the cheese and pasta. stir to combine.
- Bring to a gentle boil. Add the pasta shells and submerge them in the liquid. Cover and cook for approx - 12 min. Stir and scrape the bottom of the pot a few times while cooking to lift any ingredients that may have settled.
- 5. When the pasta is fully cooked, turn the heat to low and gradually add the shredded cheese until melted. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
